Job Description: Our Need A Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted B2B customers who will be searching for Logistics related solutions, and/or the latest news and trends in this segment. The goal is to gradually make ourselves known and achieve customer engagement, website traffic which will eventually result in generating revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. - Develop and monitor campaign budgets. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, A/B tests, and optimize the user experience Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Manage team, work allocation, review tasks and ensure to get the best outcome from the team. Provide appropriate training as well as guide the team to tasks.
Roles And Responsibilities: 1. Work with management to build and execute social media strategy. 2. Will be required to conduct competitive research and run campaigns for identifying potential B2B customers. 3. Work with other team members to generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that is user friendly and builds meaningful connections, and encourages community members to take action 4. Follow up with other teammates to produce content that is needed in advance 5. Create editorial calendars in advance and post content accordingly. 6. Oversee customer feedback and responses across all social media platforms. 7. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content 8. Develop monthly analytics reports to monitor and assess the performance 9. Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design tools, and application
Skills: Must have knowledge of - We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated, career-oriented digital marketing professional to promote our Brand and services through digital marketing within the Education Industry. - Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. - Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media. - Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and global brand awareness. - Minimum of 2 years proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist - Experience developing social media strategies. - Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills - Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform and optimize content for each platform. - Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge - Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO - Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
